Frequently asked questions

Read your ECU with your tool, then upload the original read with your email address. We identify the ECU, software and hardware numbers automatically. You choose the solutions you need, pay by card and receive your file by email and on your order page.

No. Every order has its own private link, which we email to you. Keep that email – it is how you get back to your order and download your file.

A complete, unmodified read of the ECU as a raw binary file (.bin, .ori or similar), up to 16 MB. If your tool saves its reads in an encrypted or tool-specific format, export or decode the read to a plain binary first.

Any tool that gives you a complete raw read works – for example Alientech KESS3 / K-TAG, Autotuner, Magicmotorsport Flex, bFlash, CMDflash or PCMflash, as well as bench and boot readers. What matters is the file, not the tool.

We currently support 320 ECUs from Bosch, Continental, Delphi, Denso, Marelli, Siemens and others – see the full list. If your ECU is not listed, upload it anyway: a technician checks it, and if we cannot do it you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.

Every file is prepared by a technician, usually within a few hours on working days. You get an email the moment your file is ready.

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure checkout. You pay before processing starts. We never see or store your card details.

Then we cancel the order and refund your payment in full. You will get an email explaining why.

Tell us within 7 days by replying to your order email. We will check it and correct the file, or refund you if that is not possible. Please include what you did and any fault codes you see.

Uploads travel over an encrypted connection, are scanned for malware, and are stored outside the public website. Only you (through your private link) and our staff can access them. Files are deleted from our servers 7 days after delivery.

Yes – always keep a backup of your original read before writing any file to an ECU. Your original also stays available on your order page until the files are deleted.
