What to include in your request
Describe the actuator fault and provide the diagnostic codes. Clarify whether the request relates to an intake throttle or another actuator, as terminology differs between manufacturers.

Use the ECU support list to find the relevant service and ECU family. A listed ECU family is a starting point; the exact hardware and software version still needs to match the requested solution.
File and diagnostic information
- Vehicle make, model, year and engine.
- ECU manufacturer, model, hardware and software identifiers where available.
- The original read, reading tool and read method.
- Diagnostic codes, symptoms and a clear description of the requested work.
